So, what expertise does he bring to Property Partner?<\/strong><\/p>\n Xavier\u2019s experience in Commercial Property is diverse and international, with significant experience of the UK, US and German property markets. A well-connected and influential figure in the UK Commercial Property market, he is highly regarded as a property expert, entrepreneur and investor.<\/p>\n Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, Xavier co-founded Capital and Regional PLC in 1979, which floated on the London stock Exchange in 1986 and remains a listed Real Estate Investment Trust. As joint MD, he subsequently acquired R Green Properties and Marylebone Warwick Balfour, partnered with Pillar Property and formed substantial property funds with Hermes and Morley Fund Management Ltd – to name but a few!<\/p>\n Other notable roles include Non-Executive Director of a \u00a31bn ground rent and student housing fund at Brandeaux Fund Management, and outside the world of property, he co-founded commercial publishing and poster advertising company Primesight, which subsequently became a listed plc and was sold to Scottish Media Group.<\/p>\n Most recently, he has acted as a Director for Ruffena Capital, a corporate advisory company, and advised commercial property company Riverside Capital.
