Crossrail is currently Europe\u2019s largest infrastructure project, and JLL have forecast +43% capital growth within a 750m radius of Romford station through to the end of 2020.<\/li>\n<p> <\/p>\n<li>Knight Frank forecast capital growth, over the next five years, of +25.8% for London and +22.2% for East Anglia. These two regions are selected, by Knight Frank\u2019s highly-regarded research team, as two of the four fastest-growing in the country<\/li>\n<p> <\/p>\n<li>The Romford properties available on our platform are notably well-located. They are in the centre of town, within easy walking distance of two shopping centres and the railway station. Part of the borough actually used to be classified as Essex rather than London.
