We believe that there is a strong investment case for West Kensington, in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.<\/p>\n

Three factors underpin the investment case for the area:<\/p>\n

\u2022 West Kensington is a very well established area surrounded by prestigious neighbourhoods such as Fulham, Chelsea and Hammersmith. Furthermore, the area is set to benefit from ongoing redevelopment plans approved by the Mayor of London.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The area is remarkably well served by public transport, owing to its central location between the Fulham, Hammersmith and Kensington hubs. The area is connected via six separate tube lines that are within a 5 to 15-minute walk of West Kensington.<\/p>\n

\u2022 West Kensington is an attractive area to live in – with a vibrant community, international schools, and a diverse population – creating a unique character for the neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

An area with fantastic growth potential<\/div>\n

West Kensington straddles the border between the boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea. The spillover of wealth coming from Kensington (W8) means that the area has experienced significant developments, including the opening of more speciality shops, eateries and gastropubs. <\/p>\n

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea were recognised by the Mayor\u2019s London Plan as an Opportunity Area in July 2011. The project, expected to span 15-20 years, would involve the redevelopment of the land around the Earl’s Court Exhibition Centres and the West Kensington & Gibb’s Green Estates. The proposals include the redevelopment and creation of four new village centres around North End Road, West Kensington, West Brompton and Earl’s Court.<\/p>\n

A well-connected area<\/div>\n

West Kensington is remarkably well served by public transport, being conveniently located between the Fulham, Hammersmith and Kensington hubs. The area also benefits from six separate tube lines within a 5 to 15 minute walk. West Kensington Station has the District line, the Piccadilly line is available from Barons Court and Earl’s Court station, the Circle and District lines from High Street Kensington, the Hammersmith & City line from Hammersmith tube station, and finally, the Central line is accessible from both Shepherd’s Bush and Holland Park.<\/p>\n

An international hotspot<\/div>\n

West Kensington has a very international community, with representatives from all over the world including Americans, Australians, Irish, Italians, French, Spanish amongst many others. This culture is supported by an array of international schools in the area. West Kensington is nearby to Charing Cross Hospital, Imperial College London, South Kensington, Hammersmith and other Central London Universities, making it an appealing place to live for people working and\/or studying in the surrounding area.<\/p>\n
