Formerly Global Director of Residential Investments at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), he also ran a \u00a3500m residential fund as Head of Residential Funds at Invista Real Estate. Before this, Robert spent 10 years at Savills heading a specialist team that managed residential investment portfolios. He also set up the Auction and Student accommodation investment teams at Savills. Robert is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mark Weedon<\/strong> 16 years of experience<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mark has a wealth of experience in property investment strategy, research and analysis. He manages our relationships with mortgage lenders and leads functions including market and asset class insight, performance analysis and financial reporting of the Property Partner portfolio. He also supports the delivery of new property types and product solutions which best suit the needs of our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Since early 2020 Mark has supported Robert with the management of the PBSA portfolio, working with our third party property managers to maximise occupancy and minimise costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Swetha Patel<\/strong> 15 years of experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Swetha has over 15 years\u2019 experience, (in private practice and in-house) having spent over 10 years practicing property law in private practice. There she specialised in the acquisition of multi-million pound development sites and mixed use buildings for well known housing providers and property companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Xavier Pullen 40 years of experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Xavier is a Commercial Property veteran. He was the Joint Founder and Main Board Director at Capital & Regional PLC, a listed commercial property company, and has extensive knowledge of the UK commercial property markets.
