We\u2019re absolutely delighted to announce that the Property Partner investor community has broken the world record for the fastest ever equity crowdfunding<\/a><\/i>.<\/p>\n

A total of \u00a3843,100 was raised in just 10 minutes and 43 seconds, meaning that people were investing at a whirlwind rate of \u00a31,311 per second. 319 investors managed to secure their share of Sandars Maltings<\/a> – an investment comprising 42 flats in a Grade II listed converted mill in Gainsborough.<\/p>\n

To have broken a world record just 10 months after launch is astounding \u2013 it represents further validation of our proposition and our growing investor community\u2019s strong confidence in us.<\/p>\n

However, a by-product of this can be a feeling of frustration if people miss out. Following close engagement with our investor base, we identified the need to circulate key investment case information ahead of this week\u2019s launch. This allows investors to ascertain whether this week\u2019s launch is of interest to them, and to make arrangements to invest if so.<\/p>\n
